Cookie statement
Last updated 23 April 2026
Deltamatch uses this website to inform employers and candidates about our services. On this page we explain which cookies and similar techniques we use and why.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to enable certain features or to track behaviour. localStorage is a similar technique that lets a website store a small value locally in your browser.
2. Which cookies we set
Deltamatch sets only functional cookies and localStorage. No tracking, no analytics, no ad networks, no social media pixels. The only value we store locally is a flag that remembers you closed the cookie banner, so we don't show it again.
Overview
- deltamatch-cookies-ack (localStorage) — remembers whether you closed the cookie banner. Contains only the value "1". Retained until you delete it yourself.
3. Consent
Strictly necessary and functional cookies do not require consent under the Dutch Telecommunications Act. We don't set any other cookies, so there's nothing for you to accept.
4. Removing cookies and localStorage
You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time via your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
5. External services
When you click through from our site to Google Maps (directions), WhatsApp (chat) or a mailto link, the cookies and privacy terms of those parties apply. At that point you leave our website.
6. Changes
This statement may change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date of the most recent change at the top.
