Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of this website and to the placement services that Deltamatch offers to employers and candidates. Specific arrangements for staffing or secondment are recorded in a separate agreement between the parties.

1. Definitions

• Deltamatch: Deltamatch, based at Wijngaardstraat 30, 4461 DB Goes, the Netherlands.
• Website: deltamatch.nl and all its subdomains.
• Candidate: a natural person who uses Deltamatch to be placed in a role.
• Employer: a legal entity or self-employed professional who looks for skilled people through Deltamatch.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to visits to and use of the website, and to all offers, quotes and agreements where Deltamatch acts as a placement agent or service provider. Deviations are valid only when agreed in writing.

3. Use of the website

• The information on this website has been compiled with care, but Deltamatch does not guarantee that all information is complete or up to date at all times.
• Vacancies on this website are aggregated from public sources. Deltamatch shows them for information. Placement of a candidate always runs through Deltamatch.
• You may not use the website in a way that hinders other visitors, or deploy automated tools without prior written consent.

4. Candidate placement

• Registration with Deltamatch is non-binding and free of charge.
• Deltamatch presents candidates to employers only after the candidate has given explicit consent.
• The actual employment contract is concluded between the candidate and the employer, or between the candidate and Deltamatch in case of a staffing arrangement. Separate terms apply.

5. Services to employers

• Based on the role description, Deltamatch searches for matching candidates and presents up to three per assignment.
• Rates, hourly wages and margins are recorded per assignment in a separate engagement letter or framework agreement.
• The employer is responsible for the accuracy of the role information they provide.

6. Liability

• Deltamatch will make every effort to deliver careful placement services but does not guarantee any specific result or outcome.
• Deltamatch's liability is limited to the amount paid out by its liability insurance in the relevant case, or, if no payment is made, to the invoice amount paid to Deltamatch in the three months prior to the damage.
• Indirect damage (loss of profit, missed savings, consequential damage) is excluded.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, design) belongs to Deltamatch or its licensors. Reuse, reproduction or publication is allowed only with written consent.

8. Privacy

Deltamatch processes personal data in accordance with the privacy statement and the General Data Protection Regulation.

9. Changes

Deltamatch may amend these terms. The latest version is always on this page. For ongoing agreements, the terms in force at the date of signing apply.

10. Governing law

These terms and all agreements with Deltamatch are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Zeeland-West-Brabant district.
